You have to get them track by track off that Soundcloud page.

Re: TREE thread
Kinda disappointed the whole thing isn't in the same style as Probably Nu It and Like Whoa because I was feeling how he'd flipped his whole sound on those.

Re: TREE thread
Goooood look.
Only heard the first two joints so far but goddamn, Tree is the fucking shit.
Re: TREE thread
Kinda funny that a dude who regularly shouts his own name out as an adlib has now named two EPs after himself. Digging this. Fuck Scion AV for censoring the lyrics though.

Re: TREE thread
I've always found Scion's forays into affiliating themselves with certain (generally talented but not insanely popular) rap artists to be a strange/misguided marketing tactic, but maybe it works for them. But if it gets us more Tree music then I'm all for it. This is cool.

Re: TREE thread
Yeah I was expecting a couple songs and remix but this is dope. Think it might have to do with him not being quite as established as the other artists that have put out EPs with Scion. He probably sees this as more of an opportunity than an extra pay checkB. Re: TREE thread
yeah, his ambitions are different too. Tree really wants to be huge, and thinks he should be. A lot of the rappers they've worked with are comfortable staying in their own lane/niche.

Re: TREE thread
I mean he's really not even big here in Chicago. He played a show last month with Roc Marciano at the Cobra Lounge, which is a pretty small venue, and he wasn't even the headliner.
Re: TREE thread
He was supposed to perform in NY just a few months back and they didn't sell enough tickets in advance so the show didn't happen. Of course dude has a lonnnnnnnnnnng way to go and it's very possible he'll never get any more popular than he is right now, but that'd be a damn shame. Dude is talented, unique and great at crafting catchy tunes. His music should be on the radio, even if only his beats.
Re: TREE thread
whoever picks the artists to work with at scion has pretty good taste though. even with metal, they've always worked with great underground bands like Enslaved, Immolation, Magrudergrind, etc.

Nice. To be honest I didn't even notice that much the first time I listened, but on repeated listens the editing gets a little tiring.

Re: TREE thread

Re: TREE thread
£19.99 or more
that's $32.98 USD, plus $14.85 shipping
I'd love to, but I just can't swing that right now.
IF, on the other hand, somebody wants to float me a copy because I helped put them on to TREE with my continuous posting and consistent insight, then by all means...
