He was having money issues for sure. Not to get too into it, but the company I work for was owed a nice chunk of change from Brand Asset Group, and we were not the only ones. His company brokered many deals, was paid by clients and then instead of taking their cut and paying the service company (us) they just took it all and never paid. We have 2 ongoing law suits currently, and I know for a fact we are not the only ones.

I actually went to the Brand Asset office to meet with him. Finally I was able to talk with him for a few minutes. Really, he was a very nice guy. Don't know anything about his personal life, but money problems and women problems can def fuck a guy up.
