No probably about it; its more like not at all. The two nerdcore rappers you posted, they are responsible for that genre because they carried on with that following. MCPB definitely sounded white and nerdy but was never started nerdcore.

I wouldn't doubt that. Part of why I said that is because you gotta look also who coined the phrase and ran with it, too. That dude MC Frontalot ran with it first and used it I think back in 2000. I think Barman just accepted himself as being nerdy, different, and rapping at his time but didn't take credit for starting nerdcore.

Even though MCPB can have an annoying voice at times and isn't as entertaining to watch as RiFF RAFF, he's definitely got skills on the technical side of MCing and he collaborates with far less annoying people.

Voted RiFF, although that might change if Barman suddenly drops a bunch of songs with V-Nasty or some shit that's just as trashy before the tournament ends.

i thought nerdcore involved raps about video games, video game characters, video game sampled beats, and oh referencing sci-fi films and cartoons heavily for the majority of the raps.

like, ludacris rapping over a cartoon theme song isn't nerdcore because not every aspect of the song is related to nerdy topics.

MCing was the wrong word choice, probably should have said he's better on the technical side of writing rhymes. Personally, I don't think either MC is meant to be appreciated aurally. RiFF is just a freestyle comedian IMO who hasn't spit a consistent verse in his life and his rhyme book (if there even is such a thing) probably looks like something Charlie from It's Always Sunny would scrawl out. Barman, despite having gimmicky songs that are composed in palindromes/Morse code/etc, at least can write. I don't even know why I'm arguing with you though, I couldn't really care less if either whitey wins/loses.
