For some reason this is dling as a vlc file and I cant rip it. Anybody know what I should do?

Right click on download button, "save link as", you might have a .rar option.

Its more likely theres nothing wrong w the file though and your VLC player is set as your default player for rars and a whole heap of other shit thats not videos. Go to default programs in your computer and change what VLC/WINRAR works with or right click on the specific file and select "choose default program" & switch it WINRAR/whatever you use, it should work every time for these files then.

or just reinstall your vlc player/WINRAR and uncheck a few boxes during or just after instalation if thats complicated
