Sweet jam. Just wish dude would chill with the blatant Yung Thug biting. Shot is crazy when they are on the same track.

Ok ok with guy who sounds like Future. I heard they actually went to Texas and shot a music video in a border town waiting on the drug plug to show up.

This is like a 2013 take on 1987 Ice-T from the YG/Jeezy/DJ Mustard axis. Consequently, I love it :

YG & Young Jeezy - Fuck You

I just listened to that whole album. Still not sure what's going on. He pretty much ran with Lil Bs "I love the 9th Ward" ideals from what I could tell. Is this the same guy Goth Lagleesh or whatever that was?

My man Grilly just put out a country rap head ripper. All Block Beattaz. Two listens in and everything else is on the back burner permanently.

Excuse the obnoxiousness of double-posting my own thread but Que Tha Truth seems like one to watch.

Back 2 Da Paper feat Lil Pooh has been in heavy rotation all summer.

Was this kid featured on Nussie's old material? I didn't follow that closely.

Yup. A bunch of them ended up on his Screwface mixtape, which is pretty great.

Fat Trel and YG over DJ Mustard production that's barely there like Mannie Fresh's eyebrows :

Fat Trel w/ YG - That's Life

First Trel thing I've liked since Dope Case with P & Alley Boy from the Louis V Mob mixtape.

I still find that most of these guys sound too much like each other :kanyeshrug:

there are very few 100% original songmakers anymore

that's why I posted the song I did. some of his shit is just cringe worthy in that "someone tell him he's slightly retarded" way. But that remix still goes.

gonna go check on some of this Goth Money now.

I never bothered to listen to the Bird Money album in full, but this song was great. Very rare great modern verse from Jacka :
