I just listened to the DBD show and they said that Mickey Worthless was sleeping in Loe Pesci's bed (nh) after a big night of drinking. Pesci snatched his pillow (nh) and woke him up. Mickey said "2 choices, either get in the bed (nh), or we can fight". Mickey then hit Pesci a few times, mounted him (nh), and hit him some more.

That was Real Deal's in joke that he said to Marv and Quest.
