wish he came to vegas more often.

doesn't he enjoy gambling? there's no reason (read: i know there are many reasons) why he shouldn't take some time and come here.

Yup.... After years of ignoring Sage Francis because of his snobby, elitist rapper attitude I clicked this and shamefully enjoyed it. Now I'm wondering I've missed over the past few years........

remember Sage vs Gloss, aka Quotegate?

Anyway, haven't checked for Sage since HTDD, which wasn't my cup of tea. This sounds good though, will check out the album.

The homie, Seez Mics, got added to part of the tour. Proud of the guy for making it on there.
Looking forward to hearing the record.

pretty much the same thing.

Prolyphic has gotten better on the beats too.

Always liked Reanimator a lot but haven't heard anything from him since that album he did with Prolyphic (which I thought was dope)....has he had anything since then?

IIRC you had asked for a pull quote for some comp or something, and he kind of dickishly declined. The end result was "GAY FRANCIS" or something would appear any time 'Sage Francis' was posted. Good times

As I remember it, Gloss was looking for quotes for a Rock the Bells promo or something like that. Sage gave a quote, something like "Philaflava only has one employee". Gloss asked for something else, and Sage refused because he couldn't believe Gloss didn't see the genius of the quote or whatever.

Or that its such an insignificant memory to actually remember. There is only so much room on the hard drive. I bet you collect mp3s tho.

The key words to zombie's post are "little things." Not sure why he would feel the need to submit/not immediately delete such an idiotic post. Kudos to him for sticking to his guns. Clogged and shitty as they may be.

Cas One is some dates of the tour, too.
That Vonnegut busy track might be one of his best records.

It was cute for us, much like most of our common catchphrases but the majority of the people at RTB have not heard of :phila: so that wasn't exactly the persuasive endorsement I was going for. The riff wasn't so much about his quote, it was really the fact we kinda clashed. He always thought I was some asshole, which he wouldn't be wrong, and I always thought he was some angry asshole because of his diet.

neither of you guys are assholes.
that's the best part.

They were BFFs. Just fighting their feelings for each other.
Now, they can finally bury the hatchet and sip tea together.

What was Sage's last album? Li(f)e? Took me a while to come around to it, but when I did I really liked it.

Pretty sure the first words to come out of :sluggo: mouth when we first met in person was "Sage said you were metro..."

the only time i ever saw sage live was about 5 years ago with some shitty band it was god awful he "sung" the whole time

he got outshone big time by opening act b.dolan....so that gives you an idea of what was going on

i was a big sage fan back in the day so i was pretty butt hurt about it......and clearly still am...

Weird. I had no idea he was a singer.
