Haven't heard much in here, but I really loved Zeroh's whole 0 Emissions series (the non-instro stuff as well), went w/ that.

Unless it's the madlib blue note album and you are tripping your balls off I really don't see how people listen to instrumental albums imo. Going with cut chemist cause he's a chill dude

Only instrumental rap I acknowledge is the instrumentals on Trel Itz A Hit's YouTube page which nobody has rapped over yet.

In terms of strictly instrumental shit, my favorites this year were All These Fingers' Golden Pears and Olof Melander's The Path, but I didnt' hear most of what's up there...

Yeah, due to the niche nature of this thread the last couple years I figured I'd just stick with mostly the bigger names. If there are any other favorites not mentioned though, go 'head and list 'em off.

Some of the others I've heard that seem to have received generally good marks all around are:

Dday One's Gathered Between, Dil Withers' Studies, El Huervo's Vandereer, Flamingosis' Bright Moments, Hong Kong Express' Hong Kong Express, Impossible Nothing's Phonemenomicon, jinsang's Solitude., Swarvy's Elderberry, Tall Black Guy's Let's Take a Trip, and tomppabeat's Harbor.
