Supposedly in theatres next year.

Speaking of, didn't include any biopics (All Eyez On Me) or hip hop themed films (Bodied) here either.

Who Shot Biggie and Tupac? is the most important documentary that has come out in the entire decade.

It finally pieces together who shot Biggie (Poochie Wardell, Suge's shooter) and who shot Tupac (Orlando Anderson), finally and definitively, after nearly 20 years.

More hard evidence and logical theory was presented in that documentary than any other about the subject. Fuck the bullshit, that documentary closed the gaping wound in hip hop's chest that's been bleeding since Sept 13 1996 and March 9 1997.

i'll throw 808 in the ring, although IMDB says its 2015 and the home video (or whatever we call it nowadays...VOD???) release was December 2016.

it wasn't as circle jerky as i thought it would be.

the Phil Collins interview (they only used portions of this interview in the movie) is pretty cool.
never thought I'd hear Phil taling about SP 1200s etc.
