Pick one 12.3.17
Sunday listening pleasures. Cakebread Cab and King Louis strain.
Re: Pick one 12.3.17
Voted dogg pound. The rest are relatively mediocre albums only actually like with 1-3 good songs on them , tops.

1. ill al scratch - really underrated record...while a lot of it sounds the same almost making it seem as though you are listening to one long song its super listenable start to finish...perfect cookout album where you can throw it on and nod your head for 50 straight minutes without once wanting to skip a track and will never offend anyone.
2. ed og - excellent production and typical ed og rhymes...somehow tho it doesnt add up to being as good as it should...i feel like this is due to having a bunch of different producers versus his debut which was all done by teddy ted and special k
3. dogg pound - solid listen but way too long
4. lord finesse - lord finesse going thru the motions sounding like hed rather be anywhere else in the world but the studio recording this....still hip to the game is a HOF level anthem
5. special ed - tedious and boring...find it weird that this was recorded in 1994-1995 and he says "thats what up" on the album....i didnt think that became a thing until the 2000's
6. souls of mischief - borderline unlistenable

No Man's Land then Revelations. Don't give a damn what anyone says, I group up on those albums and I like them.
No more Sasso. Now everybody call me Ron!

The Awakening has Actual Facts which is also a "HOF level anthem."
Always pissed me off that Dogg Food didn't include any of these joints:

the best is Finesse, my heart went with ALS tho. One of the best short-ride summertime theme music albums you can put in the whip.
Re: Pick one 12.3.17
Finesse! If u add the hip 2 da game remix, soul plan and underworld operations to the album its really good. Goes from 7 songs with too many interludes to at least 10

Okay so before today I never listened to the entire Creep Wit' Me album... always thought Al Skratch was corny but this album is fire and super relaxing, perfect for drinking some beers and kicking back... glad I gave this one a listen ...
