That's a rough one. Rock has been around since the infancy of Hip Hop based on the breaks that DJs used so the genre has held a certain amount of respect over the years.

I remember a skit somewhere on B.D.P.'s Sex & Violence where two guys are going back and forth about getting over on Hip Hop by being quick to sue people who use Rock samples. I guess that's kind of an anti-Rock message and parody of people from that genre who don't respect Hip Hop, but not a song.

I remember that last song on Tha Liks X.O. Experience album felt like a parody of Rock music. There's probably moments in some songs where Rock might've been parodied but I can't think of a whole song.

I don't know about a full song, but there are anti-rock references on Show & A.G.'s Soul Clap, and Kool Keith's "Trying To Talk To You". Most rappers today are more willing to give praise to rock music than throw shade at it.

@ PTS, yes, perfect!

@ Scholar, those are great as well. and yeah, i'm trying to do a piece that explores how hip-hop has made a shift where it's now cool for a rapper to dress up like a rock star or wear a Nirvana shirt.

While not exclusively anti-rock, this Krs line from "I Get Wrecked" is very relevant.
I can't hear nothing but rap, do not force me. I can't hear Fred Astaire, Cher, Tommy Dorsey you lost me
Disco Beave on "From The Projects"
I like soul 'cause rock n roll gives me a headache
Check out that Disco Beave if you ain't heard it. Serious gem.

The song isn't exactly Anti rock but MC Ren goes off on rappers who use bands on the song "Kizz my black azz" and it is hilarious.
"I'm tired of rappers

"I'm tired of rappers with live instruments on the stage
Save the shit for parades
And while you at it why don't you dress like a clown
And draw yourself a permanent frown
Cause the pioneers wouldn't use bands in the blueprints
Cause it wouldn't make sense
Rappers doing this should retire
Niggaz looking like Earth Wind And Fire
People don't go to rap shows so they could hear a band
That's like a man trying to fuck a man
It defeats the whole purpose
It's like a fish trying to swim on the surface
A big circus all that's missing is a tent
Cause the shit ain't worth 5 cents
So a nigga like Ren'll take a stand
And say a real rap artist don't need a band.
All you need on the stage is meat and bones Save the band shit for Quincy Jones"
