we're having a soft launch. It will be on them things in about 2 weeks, or less.

There is a reason we are doing it like this. One, it's a double album, and we wanted to drop it on Drake's birthday. We did that.

Two, Kanye did his listening party for Nas/Teyana Taylor/etc., got some people's reactions, then tweaked a few things before the actual release. I want to try that for a project. Things are different these days.

Three: THE ALBUM IS CALLED ~JOURNEY INTO SOUND~. We want people to listen to it ALL AT ONCE. The point is NOT to have people pick it apart like a buffet platter and only choose the songs they feel they want to check out. We want to bring back the idea of a SINGULAR LISTENING EXPERIENCE. How bout them apples??!?

The music is THERE. Don't front like you don't know how to press 2 buttons on YouTube.

But thanks for the advice, and I appreciate you pressing play. If you REALLY like original rap music, you will leave aside your personal opinion of me and listen. There's lots of dudes in hip hop that I don't like that I know have skill, and I don't deprive myself of their music.

Only listened to the first half hour or so. Ups and downs for sure. The beat on the first track is fire, and it's probably the best rapping I've ever heard from you. Flip side, the "Mariah Carey's fleshy boobies" line was the most cringeworthy thing I've ever heard, both in content and delivery. I also think it's pretty Stan'ish that you rushed to get this out on Drake's birthday, but that's whatever, do you. Still think Cybertron is wack, but there's some stuff on here I enjoyed. Will listen to the rest later, but probably not all at once. Two hours, though? Why? Why not cut it down to the best 45 minutes or so? No one wants a double album from their favorite rapper in 2018, let alone an underground Canadian unknown. Even Nas and Kanye are barely putting in a half hour.
