98 was insane for KLC and Beats By The Bound. Amazingly produced albums for Snoop, Mac, Fiend, Young Bleed, Soulja Slim, P, Mystikal, Mia X, C-Murder. All in 98.

Re: 1998/No Limit, Happy Perez did most of the beats on Young Bleed's first album not Beats By The Pound.

Also, it's hard not to think BBTP kinda fucked the How Ya Do Dat beat up once you go back and hear Perez's o.g beat on Bleed's solo version.

To be fair, Happy Perez is the real driving force behind Young Bleeds first album. Which is one of my favorite produced albums ever. KLC sprinkled some shit in....but there's a reason it doesn't sound anything like those No Limit albums from that era.

Ahhhh, obviously I know a bunch of the songs he made. Never knew who made them. Can't say I was reading many liner notes in 2006. Definitely a lot of dope shit but I'mma still throw a at him ever being the best producer of any year.
