Doggstyle. It didn't have nearly the same amount of filler as LAD. It had better songs, better production and its the one with "Aint No Fun" on it.

if it was doggystyle vs. ready to die i would be much, much more conflicted

the issue i have with life after death is that its a double album that could have EASILY been cut down to one and been a much more solid release.

doggy style is such a huge classic west coast album i would be extremely suprised if biggie won this

I love both, but I've listened to that Big joint a lot more over the years. Whereas with Doggystyle I really only peep "Tha Shiznit" on any kind of consistent basis.

this is an argument as old as the internet, but Life After Death doesn't have any filler tracks

I will NEVER understand the lust that you and JBL share for Bad Boy. Not every record they did was :ohsh:

Well, he played on their basketball team.

I don't have an excuse other than Bad Boy is basically the soundtrack for my teenage years/early 20's. It's 1/2 party rap and 1/2 street rap perfected

Doggystyle is the best party album of the 90's. It does what it does perfectly.

LAD has some incredibly unfuckwitable Hip hop but it also has a couple of gay Bad Boy disco dancing moments on disc 2 that are only forgiven due to Big's tragic passing. It's also the blueprint for every wack uncohesive NY rap album since.

vote: Doggystyle.

I hate to vote against Big so soon in the tournament but his chances died once RTD was deemed too strong an album.

I got feeling Doggystyle is going to win this. Still voted for Life After Death because, peronsallym, I was always more familiar with that album.

I can only assume you are referring to the genius of Nasty Boy and Another, both of which bang lovely at parties and girls love dancing to.

yeah but Doggystyles out bangs and out parties those two tracks easy and without the latent corniness.

Besides, it's a known fact that George Clinton interpolations kill Prince interpolations any day of the week. Scientists proved it.

Basically what youג€™re saying is Ainג€™t No Fun, Doggy Dogg World, Gz & Hustlas and Pump Pump are impossible to listen to?

never got too much into biggie. hes good but very overrated imo.
and bad boy albums always have too much filler for me. maybe the first craig mack is an exception.

pump pump was quite possibly the best song on doggystyle
