Chalk it up as another tragic moment in hip-hop.

Big L, Biggie, Pac, Pun, Scott La Rock, Termanlogy's dream team of producers going to waste.

Samson on South Street. I noticed Term always tries and flosses with dope kicks. He had the Mars Blackmon IV's on the last mixtape.

Yeah forreal. Instead of doing remixes with acapellas, cats need to remix this with vocals. If the guy who helped AZ do the Remixtape gets a hold of this we could be in for a classic.

what the fuck is up wit all the faggot ass hate for my nigga Term? All ya'll elitist hip-hop flunkies wanna bitch all day about how none of the new acts in hip-hop employ the style/production/mystique of the 90's golden age era rap scene, but as soon as one of the newcomers does ya'll turn around and bitch about it? Come the fuck on yo.....and don't give me any bullshit about him not bein nice....the kid is more than decent behind the mic, and he has a killer work ethic.....

on a side note however that cover is garbage nikka....he need to rethink that, musically this is gonna be on point tho....crazy as fuck how alatino cat from Boston doin it better than most NY niggas who grew up in the scene that made most of if not all of these producers great....

dudes alright. Watch How It Go Down and the remix both still get plays over here. He held hs own on that Stop Look And Listen joint of Statik Selektah's album aswell.
Id rather listen to him than Saigon, Tru Life, Papoose or most of the other New New York lot that have yet to put out an album.

Oh, and assuming this album drops when its meant to:

Statik Selektah > Just Blaze & Kay Slay!

THAT COVER IS
but what can I say if :wutang: had one :blaowarrow:

but the line-up is like wow. is this official?
I would kill myself if this is another mixtape.

this needs an instrumental version!

Term got rhymes but his voice is completely annoying. I think that's the reason for the hate...I know it's the reason I really don't like his shit. The line up for production looks sick though. There's about 100 MCs whom I'd like to see with that kind of line up on their album.

This isn't about Term, but don't you think a lot of folks can put together sick rhymes? Go to Check The Rhime and you'll see dozens of dope verses. A lot of net MC's/underground rappers/Myspace rappers have some dope lines but if you can't tolerate their nasally voice or contrived delivery for more than a minute then what's it all mean? We all can write some witty shit but if you sound like SYMantiks then it kind of cancels itself out. Shit just a year ago I advanced a few rounds in the CTR battles and I never attempted to rap in my life.

Aggy Jew vs. me
Youz a blind baby bitch getter, The hand-me-down sweater
The Molly Hatchet lovinג€™, little handicap boy tuggin
The non-factor/The non-rapper/The poster without a salary capper
The I-hop eatinג€™/The Mongolian lookinג€™ English speakinג€™
Half-something mixed with something wannabe Puerto Rican.

yeah to be honest I don't hate term. like the illatino said he doesn't have a great voice. my main point is that that's a killer production lineup, theres not one no-name or mediocre producer on that list. they're all classic mid-nineties boom bap legends with the exception of Nottz who's a very solid producer currently.
As has been said there are so many rappers from Nas to cormega to az to saigon to oc to ag to lord finesse to term's homie reks etc, etc. where I would lose my shit if I saw them put out an album with a line up like that. but with term im just kind of like "hmm I wouldn't normally check him, but I guess I have to now". Props to him for getting that lineup tho. shows he does his legwork.

Word to Gloss, JUST busting your pen doesn't make you a dope rapper.

I remember when term first came out and he was probably one of the few dope rappers primo worked with at that time.
he's just ok, nothing special. hope hes quiet and gentle with them beats.
