more events to come (11 pm central). you can go online and watch all the skiers and skaters they didnt show. then (if you have mad channels) they show the
games on NBC affiliates.
then we're on at noon tomorrow.
Hey, by the way who's Curt?

Got tix for Canada vs Norway followed by Russia vs Latvia back to back tomorrow.
Canada and Russia are arguably the two best hockey teams ever assembled, it will be a fantastic experience.

Anyone watching the USA Switzerland game? I have it on at work here, and David Backes had a hell of a end to end goal. USA doesn't look bad, they look really fast out there.

Careful though. I think they said a stat on the broadcast here that team USA has 263 combined goals among the players on their roster, where the swiss had 8.

Meh...these first games are always tune ups for the big teams. I mean we play Norway tonight. WTF?
I'm sure US just needs to pass the puck around and get used to playing w/ one another. Is Miller playing? I can't find this US game on anywhere? WFT?

Show some sportsmanship, play without a goalie.

There's one chick on the Swiss team that's nice. Big tongue ring and everything. Want 2 smash.
In other news...They just said Norway's goalie is a carpenter in his day job and its scoreless...

Couple early thoughts:
-Staal doesn't seem to fit well with Getzlaf and Perry early
-Why is Bergeron playing with Crosby (Stills) and Nash (and Young)?

Crosby and Bergeron played on the same line in the World Jr's. I guess they think their chemistry will carry over.
I don't like these lines except the San Jose line.

Props to Norway. Led by their goalie, they played a pretty decent first period.
Canada looks to be clicking.
Too fancy with the puck on power plays.

Yeah, they had a great first period. Their goalie looked really good.
2 goals now, both he didn't have much of a chance on.
Nice to see us settle down now, and look like Canada should.
