Former New York Giants great Lawrence Taylor was arrested for rape in New York, CBS 2 has learned. Taylor, 51, was taken into custody by the Town of Ramapo police after being accused of raping someone in the Holiday Inn Holidome Hotel in Suffern. Details surrounding the rape have not yet been released other than the location and that it occurred early this morning. Charges against the Hall of Fame linebacker will be filed once police complete their investigation. A news conference is expected later Thursday afternoon where police will reveal more details. Taylor, affectionately known by his fans as גL.T.,ג spent his entire career with the Giants and is considered one of the greatest defensive players in NFL history.

Police were summoned after the victim sent a text message to an uncle as the pimp drove her to the Bronx. The Ramapo police department was dispatched to the Holiday Inn where it found Taylor and the hotel room was secured as a crime scene.
A news conference is expected to be held later today.

The complaint says the alleged pimp, Rasheed Davis, told a 16-year-old prostitute to tell a "Client-1" that she was 19. The federal complaint against Davis does not refer to the former New York Giants linebacker by name, but the description of "Client-1" matches that of Taylor in the complaint against him."

That trail was and still is a travesty of justice. Desiree already had a false rape allegation against a high school classmate and athlete but because of bullshit rape shield laws can't bring that up. Prosecutors in Indiana at least at that time got to pick the Judge in rape cases. Don King hires Mike a fucking tax lawyer to defend him. Desiree verifiable lies on the stand and no retrial nor charges brought up against her.
I think a vast majority of athlete-related rape accusations are complete fabrications. Think about the risk involved in picking up some hot tail and smashing it, especially if you are drunk/high. Women arenגt stupid, they know they can become rich even if they consent to sex. This causes athletes to perhaps lower their bench mark and mess with some mentally unstable women in hopes of fucking and getting out unharmed. The problem athletes have is that they canגt peruse and fuck women like normal guys.
