I know its an admirable cause and whatever they can donate is great, but with all this fucking pink bullshit we've been subjected to over the years, its crazy to think the NFL has only donated $7 million to breast cancer research. That's the annual salary of a mediocre nose tackle.

Re: NFL Week 5
I dunno. The league doesn't give a fuck about anyone, thats clear. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised. But its pretty much completely alienated me from the sport. This is the first Sunday I've sat and watched games, and I basically haven't missed it at all. I mean, I miss caring. But I just cant with this league. It's been headed this way for me for a variety of reasons over the course of the past few years, and yea I know, nobody cares. But it's just hilarious how flagrant they are in extending their middle finger at their fanbase.

Re: NFL Week 5
Damn.... So it's like that huh? What do you expect from them? Do you need your football to be ethically and morally pure to enjoy it? Or is it the change in play or officiating that turns you off?
Perhaps you have unreasonable expectations?

Re: NFL Week 5
All the pink shit just looks ugly and clashes horribly with the uniforms. I could stomach it for a week, but doing it for a whole month is overkill IMO
Re: NFL Week 5
Serious question, maybe some of you guys who are fans of other teams can help me out here. Are 12 men in the huddle/on the field penalties a common occurrence for your team or is it just the fucking Jets who can't count? This team is like the Bad News Bears.

Look bruh if you wanna speak to Raiders fans directly, we know who they are. Go ahead and call em out by name no need for subliminalsJoe Pesci wrote:Serious question, maybe some of you guys who are fans of other teams can help me out here. Re: NFL Week 5
in 2009 brett favre was leading the vikings to take the lead and make the super bowl, then a 12 man huddle penalty was called. took them out of ryan longwell's range. next play he was forced to throw across and the bounty gate was a successJoe Pesci wrote:Serious question, maybe some of you guys who are fans of other teams can help me out here. @Gloss
How do you feel about Foles at the moment and moving forward? Got Foles amd maclin as a tandem on my fantasy team, but shit is kind of shaky right now. The O line is just atrocious right now...

Re: NFL Week 5
The O-line is the cause for everything. Making guys like Foles and Shady push and try and do too much. They just aren't comfortable because they got 4th strings protecting them now. Their special teams is the only reason they're 4-1 right now.Race Car Bed Sleeping Rapist Virgin wrote:@Gloss

Seriously it looked like he was at the end of the bench by himself.
Meanwhile the best new school QB in the game shows him how it's done.
Russ Wilson dominating, easily best player on the field.

Pete Prisco of CBS Sports tweets: "It's so funny. When Eli Manning destroys the Redskins defense, it's the bad defense. When Wilson scores 24, the media makes him a legend."

Re this prisco dude
Haven't yet seen the game but will say that the Nyg offense at the time had a reputation for being garbage whereas apparently the seahawks had so many penalties and big plays that were called back but they didn't slow down. I'm just saying that without seeing the game prisco may be on the idiotic side of history
