Fucking embarrassing.

Have to say BR got it all wrong. Hendo, Lucas, Joe Allen should never all play at the same time. With Skrtel suspended, Kolo over Lovren? With Sturridge not fit for 90, Marko over Balo? Why he continues to play people out of position to accomodate lesser players is beyond me, Sterling is not a wingback or a striker, he's a left wing. Emre is not a CB, he is a CM.

After several impressive saves Simon turns around, and makes an absolute blunder on the Ozil goal. Straight up positional mistake that should never happen.

The 4-1 score line does not properly represent how one sided this was, could have should have been waaaaay worse.

I checked out his goals over the weekend, and i know regardless of what I say youre going to say "a goal is a goal". So I'll just stop..

I have nothing to say about City. They performed horribly. It was a disaster. Embarrassment.

I'd rather talk about Barcelona barely hanging on to the top of the table sunday though. That's way more interesting.

Struggling to stay interested this season, but some cracking goals last weekend.

Championship really getting interesting too as usual. Fulham look like they've dug themselves out of the shit, but can't believe Wigan are looking like goners again! Hoping Brentford manage to sneak up via the playoffs. Great away day - a pub at every corner of the ground.

Finally got caught up on the games. Have to agree that it's not been a banner league for the EPL, but this time of year it's always compelling.

Spurs finally Kane has been absolutely outstanding for Tottenham. I think at this point you get what you can for Paulinho in the offseason, and if you can get 3/4 of the money back that you spent on Lamela you take it immediately. Spurs are exactly where they deserve to be. Not beating Burnley is pretty shameful. They need a defender and another dominant midfielder.

Have to agree it's shocking that United are probably going to finish in the top four. Arsenal are doing what they do every year: shaky start, incredible finish. I despise them, but you have to respect the way they sack up and get it done every single year. I'd like to see QPR and Leicester stay up for another season.

Nobody is catching Chelsea.

It's usually the other way around, actually.

Last season we were leading the league until the collapse in March.

Same. Leicester don't have that bad a run in, so who knows.

Hoping Villa go but I think they'll be OK. Hull and QPR have a horrible run of games now.

My picks are QPR, Burnley and Hull.

Hmm, it hasn't felt that way watching them the last few years. Didn't they go on a 14 game run without a loss to close out last season?

Spurs have had periods where they've been ahead of Arsenal midseason, and then Arsenal go on a run, Spurs lose, and Arsenal finishes in the top four ahead of them.

Arsenal has been dynamite since Spurs beat them. Unbeatable and playing some great football. Totally deserving of at least a second place finish. Spurs, on the other hand, have been the exact opposite. Terrible and unwatchable.

Yeah, it's the only football podcast I listen to. A little too much focus on the top of the Premier League and I'd rather more time spent discussing the Championship than La Liga and Serie A dullness, but I like Barry Glendenning and Jacob Steinberg.

You're not in the Championship anymore and won't be for a long time, fuck that league.

La Liga's the best league by a mile, stop sleeping.

That second Suarez finish tho!

Bayern could easily still win 2-0 @home and be through.

Fucking Barca-Madrid final setting up. Goddammit.

So good to see Bayern/Pep get embarrassed like that. Naturally they'll end up going through on aways.

The SF's were supposed to be Pogba's big moment. A chance to see him on the biggest stage and not in a highlight-comp.

Can't see Juve going through with that attack of theirs, but they will make RM work for it.

QF's were just awful.

I have actually put my name down for one, yeah. Whether or not I actually end up getting one I dunno. Pretty conflicted to be honest.

I've never had a season ticket before and (aside from certain away fixtures) I've never had issues getting match tickets with the bog standard yearly membership. £15 a game is brilliant, but I don't want to end up with a crap seat amongst people who never turn up and leave it vacant for 90% of games as it's so cheap.

I've also resigned myself to the fact that it'll be a bit shit watching games there.

read a couple of different articles... the first leg of the quarters wasn't great but wasn't awful..

second leg 1/3 of the attack for juve had the flu.. or some type of illness...
