Biggest question of this NFL season, who is going to win ROY, big Zeke or Dak?

The unity behind Kaep in the Bar is one of the reason's (no pun) the Bar is the best forum. (I may not want to hear binary's Kap take though).
A few predictions-
AZ over NE in the Super Bowl
Antonio Brown breaks a few single season records and wins MVP.
Zeke Elliott leads the league in rushing yards and wins rookie of the year.
Russ Wilson has his best season yet and cements himself as the best QB in football (finishes 2nd in MVP voting)
The Honey Badger wins defensive player of the year.
The Bucs win the NFC south and a home playoff game behind Jameis Winston.

Brees didn't looked as washed as people was saying, his line looked good too.
our defense should look better next week, hopefully.

It's hard to get placed in a shittier spot than MN was. Starting QB out for the year a week before the season when you had realistic title shot, it's only happened a handful of times in the last 10 years.Ramen wrote:that trade tho
You overpay for a QB or you pray you can pull together a Dilfer or Manning2015 and win despite shit QB play.
Also Bridgewater has the type of injury that you might never recover from, and Bradford was put in about as shitty of a situation as a QB can be over the course of his career and has shown signs of being solid.
It's the deal where Philly is always happy and MN is happy a lot of the time too. MN was definitely gambling but if you don't have a top2-3 QB you have a 1-3yr window where your team is relevant.
Re: 2016-17 NFL Season Thread
yeah, I agree with points that you made. I just hate doing that kind of trade.
Re: 2016-17 NFL Season Thread
that NYG - Dallas game was stressful as fuck.
Was sure Bailey was going to rock a 65 yarder to win it, the entire 2015 giants season was flashing before my eyes when we punted it back at the end.
thank god for williams being a knucklehead.
Giants D looks like money well spent. That Cowboys O-line is no joke.
Also, that fake Tom Brady guy is creeping me out, hope he stops making appearances soon.
And I'm sure Arizona is a bit overhyped, but the Patriots are going to be steamrolling the league again once everyone is back and healthy. Goddamn Hoodie is a magician/warlock.

Re: 2016-17 NFL Season Thread
So in 1 week Dak goes from ROY to an average NFL player? Objectively, the entire East is full of average teams with bad defenses.

Re: 2016-17 NFL Season Thread
All well and good, but our QB played all of 1 preseason game. He had ZERO NFL experience and has barely even got acclimated to his team, yet he had a 101 rating and looked like a true franchise QB.DLG wrote:you beat the browns bruhPhilaflava wrote:Hey now.
Re: 2016-17 NFL Season Thread
Yeah and the Giants O-line looked legendary and our shittiest lineman is the top-graded lineman of the week according to PFF - but we played a Dallas D-line that is missing every above average player they have.
Just saying don't get excited yet, wait until the Steelers or Vikings game at least to see what he's made of.
He threw some dimes for real tho
