cant see it. First few games Martinez was playing him behind Barkley and he wasn't happy. He doesn't like to hold, he wants to be moving forward. I'd imagine:

Carrick - Cleverley
Wellbeck - Fellaini - Rooney
Van Persie

If we'd got Khedira to play beside Carrick, we'd have been set. And can we stop playing Phil fucking Jones at RB? He's terrible there and prevent the forward movement necessary when you're not playing with wingers. He should be playing backup CB or in CM when you want a 'destroyer'.

Is anyone really thrilled with Cleverley?

I have to admit I've been a bit perplexed with all the England playing time he's gotten as he hasn't wowed me any time I've watched him. What are United fan's thoughts on him?

This is a great article.
The day Harry Redknapp brought a fan on to play for West Ham
According to one of football's most endearing fairytales, Harry Redknapp once pulled an abusive fan from the crowd and put him on the field for West Ham. This allegedly happened in 1994, but no video and scant evidence of the incident exist. Jeff Maysh, for Howler Magazine, chased this mystery for over a decade before finally catching up with the fan in question

He's not supposed to be a wow player though. He's a pass-first midfielder who links up play and keeps things fluid. The problem is, without players who can drive into the box, elite opponents can just sit back and absorb the pressure. His development has been very good and I think he still has much more to offer.

Good thing we gave Nani that new long term deal. Cuz y'know, he's really worked for it and all. Looking forward to seeing him dribble into 3 players and take some more shots from 30 yards that go nowhere near the goal.

He's United's best winger by a mile dude.

There isn't many better than him around.

He's gonna have a great season if he stays clear of injuries and Moyes trusts him.

Valencia's 11/12 season was better than any year Nani's ever had. If he gets that form back, it's not even close.

yeah not crazy about nani, if you just described his skills set to me I'd like it but something is a miss, there is no substance to go with the style and the style is not that great.

ZERO pressure on the ball, it's been a walk in the park. Sunderland are set up all wrong.

Ozil has definitely looked class, but we all already knew that. He one of the best German national team players, which says everything you need to know about how good he is.

As good as he is, even he can't make Theo a striker. He's been such a joke today.

 mourinho's been a dunce since he started drawing arbitrary lines in the sand. ex. Casillas being dropped, trying to dump Mata despite being Chels's best player. wenger reclaimed genius status when he splurged on Ozil...
