Cecil's Wikipedia page has a lot to say:
Cecil Edward Espy (born January 20, 1963 in San Diego, California) is a former professional baseball player who played in the Major Leagues primarily as an outfielder from 1983 and 1987-1993.

Look at this fucking guy. lol.
Brinkman managed to stay in MLB for 15 years despite never hitting over 14 homers (his second highest seasonal was 8) and never knocking in more than 54 runs. Defensive specialist that still managed to finish ninth for American League MVP one year.
"Brinkman was a high school teammate of Pete Rose at Cincinnati's Western Hills High School. Paul "Pappy" Nohr, the baseball coach at Western Hills, described Rose as "a good ball player, not a Brinkman." Based on their performance in high school, scouts saw Brinkman rather than Rose as the future superstar. "

The ONLY sport where these nerds/non-athletes could have a career is baseball.
Hooray for our national past time.

Rated Failure.
First pick in the 1984 draft by the Mets and he never played a game for them. He did have the honor of being traded along with Kevin Mitchell to the Padres however.

Mean muggin' with the sick chops.
Pete Vuckovich looks like Ogre from Revenge of The Nerds.
Fun Fact - Vuckovic portrayed fictional Yankees slugger Clu Haywood in the film Major League.

This card is worth 6.8 bonus points due to the fact that MLB used the same quality catching gear as I did in little league in 1984. This picture proves that.

Vaughn Eshelman is his name. Eating donuts and pitching briefly was his game. I know his name isn't very clear from the card.

Major bonus points for the Phil 4:13 tag.
