Posted this tip on a another forum maybe helpful to some here.
As you've found out since the advent of UFC's Fight Pass the event prelims have become scarce. There is a simple & free remedy, I will explain in this thread.

The UFC still allows YouTube streaming of the prelims in certain countries & there is an extension for Google Chrome to access them. First you will need to download Google Chrome & install, then add extension "Hola Unblocker VPN proxy service".

Find the event's YouTube channel then simply enable the extension & select a country where it is not blocked IE Germany & Afghanistan have been my goto routes as of late & viola' you have the stream.
