I think its time to stop comparing the ESPN and TNT broadcasts. Inside the NBA is a legendary program, but it is probably past its prime and surviving a lot on reputation at this point. It's still good, but will never be the same. And the ESPN show could still be really good, especially with this new cast. Yet it will never have the same impact as the TNT show. Both are good enough to survive on their own merits though, without having to be constantly compared against one another.
Kevin Love @kevinlove1m
It's the "White Guy" award!! @APkrawczynski: Another from NBA GM survey: @kevinlove is player who makes most of 'limited natural ability.'
Zach Randolph should of won that award.

i'm always fascinated by how much NBA fans invest in fucking broadcasting
I mean, I wouldn't give them too much credit. They do have Steph Curry listed as the third best shooting guard in the league.
PEACE
Also, apparently Roy Hibbert, Joakim Noah, and Larry Sanders didn't receive votes when it comes to being the best defensive player in the league and the DPOY doesn't even place in the top 4.

Rose is back. Yes, he is going to start. Had 32 & 9 the other night against the Pacers. He looked fearless going into the lane, second jump looked good. Only saw a couple dunks, nothing special or thunderous, tho one was two handed. He looks like himself out there.

Clearly, the correction decision. What I didn't like was the Bulls handling of the situation, idk if they were just trying to play coy and make opponents believe that maybe Rose was coming back, but it needled the fan base who kept seeing clips of him practicing, and taking part in shootarounds only for him to not play. they should have just come out and said ... he's not gonna play this year, he is the franchise, we're not gonna risk rushing him back in an attempt to win now. we need him for the long term future.

Yeah, I was completely on Rose's side during that whole media circus. Some of my friends were all like "NO, YOU HAVE TO BRING HIM BACK. HE HAS NO GUTS". Which I think is bullshit.
Some of them have seen me play on an ankle that is barely hanging from my leg. And I've seen some of them sit out of games because of a chipped fingernail.
It's really up to the person and whether they think they are ready. And as we can see from Derrick, he's obviously ready right now.

I mean if he was old, and last year was maybe his glimmering hope of winning a chip I could understand calling him out, but he has a really bright future, as do the Bulls with their core of players, no reason to Grant Hill, Chris Webber, Tracy McGrady yourself into never being the same.
on a completely unrelated note...D Rose at his son's first bday party dressed up as Duck Dynasty

Chicago also has a notoriously horrible medical staff who cleared people only for them to get re-injured or get stress fractures. No reason to question Rose not coming back. What reason did he have to not come back if he was ready?
