Mayweather vs Mosley

The first episode of 24/7 aired last night. This is the greatest test thus far in Mayweather's career and although he is expected to win we all saw what the veteran Shane Mosley did to Antonio Margarito a little while back.

what is at stake? well for Floyd he now has a opportunity to silence some of his critics who have complained about his padded record(me) and he will also gain some leverage(blood testing,purse split) going into negotiations with Pacquiao.

for Shane? A chance to prove that he is still the man to beat at 147 and the opportunity for a clash with Pacquiao should he win.

Great 24/7 as usual. Great fight, and the toughest test of both of their careers to be honest. I'm into this fight more than Pacquaio vs Mayweather even..

Best fight possible would be Pac vs. Mosley in terms of actual excitement in the fight. I was going to say best possible outcome would be Mosley wins, Pac fights him, and then May not scared of losing and stops ducking fights, but I forget May got rematch clause in contract if he loses.

I was talking with somebody the other day, who do you think got more $ between May and Mosley? May obviously got bigger pay days, but Mosley never seemed like he was too flashy and spent crazy $. Mosley also never had IRS all over him or law suites cause of non payments on cars and had to borrow money from golden boy. Only reason it was brought up is cause I know May is going to be talking about Mosley need the money for the rest of the month until the fight happens, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was other way around. Either way I would bet money that May has to file bankruptcy at some point in his life.

well he looks like he is a high school senior so you're probably right about that. I for one find the Mayweathers to be entertaining, Floyd Sr. is probably my favorite of the bunch, and he had to do 5 years for trafficking cocaine so your whole crackhead theory might not be too far off. but if there are two things Floyd knows it is boxing and money. He will sell this fight and he will probably win it too.
