Zumaya lasted all of 13 bullpen spring training warm up throws wtf you talking about? I feel so bad for him. He decided to go with Tommy John's and I wish Zumaya the best.

Willingham will be good it seems, Carrol has been slow, Perkins is the fucking man he'll probably become the closer.

my PMS?

when you hit me up on gchat to complain about the draft time AFTER the draft, but didn't say anything about the date until literally 1 day before the draft?

and the only reason you're upset now is that soria is hurt,
how is this my fault?

if anyone is wondering, i ice edited.

this is more than just about soria. i've become more disenfranchised with this league and the soap opera that comes with it every year. i am probably partially to blame for that but all the other leagues that i've been in, there is no where near the amount of drama that there is in this league.

justin told me to quit if i was unhappy and i wanted to blame everyone else. i don't blame everyone else but i am unhappy. so why should i continue if i'm not having fun in this league anymore? i'd rather enjoy myself by building up my team in kevin's league or trying to win uhzipzoom's league.

btw, look up the definition of literally.

oh great. can you guys sort this out soon and at least stay in one more year?

it seems like half the league is quitting after this year anyways but maybe by the time its over all will be forgotten.

wtf poppabitch

this league was great until the prospect draft bullshit divided everybody into two sides but I thought we were all over that at this point.

actually i think you came in a few years late. the league was divided way before that homie. but we have ample time to fix what needs to be so we should try and collectively resolve this issue and get ready for another season of fantasy baseball.

what is the problem now pop?

He is upset that Soria is out for the year and thinks that it's my fault because the draft was too early, but didn't say anything about the draft time until (apparently) a few days before the draft. His reason for not saying anything before the draft is that I don't know how to use email (I think he meant the mass email league button)

But that whole Soria out for the year thing is kinda recent. It happened way after the draft so I don't see why he would be mad now. A player being injured is really not relating to the draft because we all had time to set our keepers and you had them done (LATE) a few days before the draft.

If a player gets hurt after the fact, that's how it goes. I may lose Chris Carpenter for a long time. Bunz may lose Utley for the year.

Shit last year 30% of my team was on the DL (Wright, Hamilton). Shit goes with the territory. Either keep Soria on the DL or drop him.

This suddenly I quit thing sounds like its way after the fact so maybe there is more to it than what is made to believe?

when did the soria news break? monday?

Hasib is pissed because this is the 2nd year he's had an injury to a player between the draft and the season opener.

he thinks the draft should've been later, he wouldn't have taken Soria.

and yeah, he's not the only one with injury issues already.
utley, carpenter, wright, storen, marmol ....

well i agree the draft should be in late march but it still doesn't change the fact injuries can and will occur during and after the draft. it comes down to risk vs reward.

I would not have had a problem changing the draft time if it seemed to be an issue, but no one seemed to mind, and at the time I opened the league on yahoo, that date was the latest date possible.

you can start a league today and have a draft the day before opening day so i dont get why you weren't given a bunch of options. in fact, my auction draft allows me to change the date/time anytime until the season begins.

I have a great idea!

I'll put up Pop's league fee for 2012 and take control of his team and mine. I'll trade all of Pop's best players to Whore Island to form 1 super team.

Justin, I'm paypaling you $40 now. Pop, please accept all trade offers!

problem solved!

Thanks guys!

We can have a round table discussion next Friday at the bar. Maybe we can work out a 3-way deal.
