as far as i can remember the heisman has been about the qb who was in the coolest most productive system at the time or the rb who tears shit the fuck up cause all you have to do is give him the ball to make it rain. motherfuckers like barry sanders dont even need an oline to make it work

High school coaches have been gushing about him since his name came out as an potential hire. The most encouraging things were coaches at powerhouses like Armwood, Plant, and Manatee coming out and backing Taggart during the hiring process. I'm very interested to see what kind of staff a young coach like Taggart can assemble.

Not gonna get my hopes too high, but I'm all for it. I really dug his enthusiasm at the press conference.

if strong had left UofL, in my eyes, he would have been our choice to replace him. Dude is gonna be great for your program.

I love college football, but I could give a fuck about games like the Church's Fried Chicken Bowl. You might as well give everybody 15th place ribbons too.

i love the bowl games but this marketing shit is out of control

watch out for bishop sankey in the UW game today. rb #25. kids a sophomore. his pass pro has been mediocre at best but the kid can cut has vision can catch the ball and can bulldoze if hes in space. but the key is his acceleration. guy can hit top speed in like 2-3 steps

theyre going to talk about the apple cup loss and that was huge and they did drop the ball but part of that is a mike leach thing. the uw d has gotten so much better than it was at the start of the year. they move around the pure freshman safety shaq thompson they move the young trufant around and if the d line can get hot they can get to most anybody who doesnt have a top oline

thing to watch in the uw d is that they line up in 4-2-5. the commentators will say its a 4-4 or a 3-4 but the fact is there are 3 safeties on the field most of the time and at least one of the d ends will be a hybrid player who is constantly standing up which is confusing to people who dont know. if you get the wide angle shot though compare what the huskies do to a 4-3 or 3-4 though and it looks bizarre.

Best of luck to the Pistol God, guy did a lot of great stuff out there in Reno.

Would be cool to see him as a OC in the league, not sure he would be into that tho.
