So are you guys really interested in expanding? I could probably get one or two guys in. A 16 team banger would be fun.

The downside to this is we'd have to eliminate our keepers and start from scratch again. Draft thinking of keepers moving forward.

Personally, I've got no issue with this as larger leagues are always more fun.

Also, I'm in Vegas from the 13th - 20th, so we MAY have to draft around the 10, 11, 12 of October.

I like a deep league. Getting rid of the keepers does fuck with some of the decisions we made last season. But I'd sacrifice it all for a but more people and involvement.
I'll cherish the time I have with Stamkos and Mackinnon.

as far as expanding vs keepers, we could cut the keepers down to 3 (1 each of f, d, g), and let the new teams pick one of each until they have 3 players, and then carry on as usual. the new teams won't have any top notch players, but there should be enough decent players to get a start anyways.

i vehemently vote against expanding keepers. we have already established the identity of our respective teams. let the savvy draft minds prosper via the draft; it creates parity

i strenuously support letting us keep the best people on our squad, regardless of their position

I like keeping our three best and letting the expansions choose the rest. We already are allowed five? If we kept five would there be enough extra players for the expansion teams to make decent keepers? I mean, an expansion team never really gets a full chance on the first season in sports.
