I am just trying to point out the Suns are as likely to win the lottery as Charlotte is to win the whole thing.

ughh... Just like there is no need to point out it would be awesome if Bobcats won the the whole thing there is no need to point out it would be awesome if Suns get a top 4 pick. Lets not get into this.

The Suns will basically be a 50 win team, with a lottery pick and two other first rounders this year and a 2013 top five pick stashed on their roster who barely even played. Pairing that with an intelligent front office and coach of the year, and THEN giving them Andrew Wiggins or Joel Embiid would be disgusting.

They also have like $20 million of cap space next year, with Okafor's deal coming off the books. There are real scenarios there where they could go after Melo. I'm not sure he's the right fit for that team, or that Melo would be interested in leaving New York at all, not to mention for a place like PHX that couldn't pay him a max deal. But it is a possibility.

Honestly, Phoenix doesn't seem like a realistic destination for Melo even though it should be a contender.

It's more likely to be Houston or Chicago if he leaves NY.

Yeah, I doubt he'll leave at all. Just sayin it would make sense, and there's a way to make it work.

Nah. They're a terribly boring team to watch and I couldn't stomach seeing another two months full of their games

Being a top 5 pick in 2013 is not saying much, and there pick is pretty much not a lottery pick. They have like 98.5% chance of getting 14th pick. The most interesting thing is what happens with Bledsoe. Is someone throwing him max money and if Phoenix will match.

I really like Kemba Walkers game. It'll be interesting to see how this Bobcats team plays in the playoffs.

So the nets pretty much tanked the last bunch of games to face the raptors. Haha love the respect we get around the league. Hope we can beat these clowns.

Not a fan of the tanking strategy. I have a feeling they're going to be very out of sync in the early going in this series. Chicago is a tough team, but I think the Nets are overestimating them by treating them as some kind of scary juggernaut.

Anthony and Woodson dismissed an ESPN computer simulation from earlier this week that predicted the Knicks will win 37 games this season - which would amount to a 17-win slip from last year's Atlantic Division winning 54-28 record.

“Do they play?” Woodson asked about the prediction. “It’s a computer system. I don’t think computers run up and down the floor. You still got to play the game, guys. I don’t get caught up into that. . . . I don’t have no control over the computers. I really don’t. All I can control is our team and how we play, and that’s all I’m going to try to do.”

Anthony also laughed off the low projection, which purportedly factored in the injury histories of players such as Amar’e Stoudemire and newcomer Andrea Bargnani.
“I don’t follow that stuff, I don’t pay attention to it,” Anthony said. “Sometimes there’s glitches in the computer, that’s all I can say.”

agreed. Are the bulls really that good that you'd tank to avoid facing them?
