This is starting to become an entirely meaningless thing to say. We live in a post-Luiz, Lallana & Luke Shaw-transfermarket.

United aren't in the CL and probably won't be for the next few years. They're an awful team with boring players and a really boring manager but they can pay way more than broke ass Juve, which is what matters in the end.
