I just had this argument all day on facebook. No it's not all his fault. But the coach's job is to have his team prepared and to motivate the players to play hard. he failed at either miserably.

harsh truth is no one with any clout is going to come in and take this job. free agents aren't going to sign up for this team. to get this team competitive its going to be a lot of loses and competent drafting for a few years.

best way to set this ship straight might be for the Davis family to sell the team or take it to Texas…maybe both.
