I will be requiring everyone to pay their dues prior to the draft date just like last year.

Also, I've set the max # of roster moves to 75. Should be fair. Only two teams passed that threshold last year.
There isn't a setting for minimum innings or games played at each position in yahoo unfortunately so that is going to be something we'll have to monitor ourselves.
I'm going to do some research and come up with reasonably attainable games played numbers and I'll just keep an eye on people at the end of the year. No more tanking for draft picks.

Has anyone tanked? I'm not sure if I rejoined but I'll check that when I get home. Year 3 for me time to make some moves upward.

We haven't had any major issues with tanking in this league that I'm aware of, but I think we need to take action to keep it from happening anyways. We have had a lot of people go inactive when they weren't in the running though, and this will help stop that from happening.

I think you were one of the 4 who hadn't rejoined yet btw.

if we cap the add/drop, which i have no problem with and feel its a good idea, it doesn't hurt to have 3 DL. people don't realize just how quickly they can be stuck with 4-5 hurt players at a time. would also help those thinking about a "tank" job by giving them a bit of relief. nothing wrong with a fantasy tax credit.

Ok I changed the draft time to 9:45 PM.

As far as DL slots are concerned, all of the settings from last year should have transferred over. I believe we have always have had 3 DL slots.
I'm in firm opposition against adding any more or doing anything that will make this league easier.
