Gerald Wallace has been traded to the Warriors for David Lee.
While the Warriors could use the stretch provision on Wallace, it’s being reported that they plan on keeping him. Wallace will bring a veteran presence to the Dubs’ championship locker room, but he’ll have plenty of games where he doesn’t even leave the bench. The change of scenery for Wallace will not have an affect upon his non-existent fantasy value.

lee is expendable as fuck

g. wallace can potentially[/i[ guard the kawhi leonard's and lebron james' of the world, like a stronger iggy, at the very least be a damn good option off the bench to throw at them

he's best in spurts which is how gstate will use him anyway, also who knows, he could be off the team at some point and this could be an open-ended move that gives them options to move him later if he doesn't work out

G Wallace is very far from that now. I don't think he is really an NBA player at this point.

Stanley Johnson, good lord...I'd never seen him play until the summer league game with the 'cers today. I'd seen he'd played great in the previous summer league games, but he's probably my favorite player from this draft now off of one game. He completely abused a 3rd year player in Solomon Hill (who's still in summer league for some reason) on both ends of the court. Solomon Hill was a starter and the Pacers best wing defender last year and Stanley made him look like a guy that shouldn't be in the league...Come to think of it Solomon Hill probably shouldn't be in the league, but Stanley Johnson was impressive as fuck regardless. He's a sane Artest and is as sure a bet as any in this draft.

I hope not, C's need that pick! Cuban has been too good to Dirk so far, so hard to see him tanking in what might be Dirks final year being a productive NBA player.

With that said, if they don't tank, do they have any shot at all of making the playoffs? In the West I think only Wolves, Lakers, Nuggets, and the Kings are worse then them. Kings have a shot at being better, but no way that season doesn't end in epic meltdown.

Blazers supposedly offered Kanter a 4 year max deal. If OKC matches, which they keep saying they will do, that will put them in the tax.

1) Why the hell is Blazers offering him that much money.

2) How funny would it be if OKC traded Harden so they didn't go into the tax and then went into tax for Kanter.
