It's that time again for our small and dedicated group of puckheads.

we still need 6 teams to re-up (invites were sent again). and we need a manager for andrew's team, if anyone here is interested, i'd like to keep it in the phila if possible. i'll post his roster at the end of this post. if you are dropping out, let me know asap so i can track down a new manager for your team.

We're getting right up against it so get your keepers in asap. i might move the deadline up to the 4th to give a couple days between setting keeps and the draft. draft will likely be on the 6th as the season starts on the7th.

i'm new at commish so the sooner we get set, the easier it'll be for me.

did we have 6 keepers last year too? i thought we had 3 for some reason.

we had 3 keepers because we added 4 teams and we wanted to give them a shot at some better players. the other couple years we had 6 keepers.

we're sitting on 11 renews right now. we need at least one more to make it even. looks like we might be dropping a few teams.

i don't want to be an ass but teams that are not renewed by the end of the day may have to be contracted. keepers are due by the end of sunday, and i am going to have to find different managers for a team(s) to make the numbers even.

i'm not at home and for some reason i can't log in to yahoo on my wife's computer. so i don't have access to the full set of commish tools. but i'f you're interested in playing or know any of the guys that have not re-upped then get your renew on or get those folks going.

i think this 6 keeper idea is really bad. 3 keeps this league competitive, especially if we have to add new people and want them to have a fighting chance.

plus based on the replies in this thread and your overall feedback for your keeper deadline, its too much to decide.

keep it simple and keep it the way it was IMO.
