It was strange that the result to winning a championship by default was to maniacally count down wins in the Fall like they mean something. A sign of a confident, poised team is to operate with a bit more professionalism. Act like winning is normal. The fans are the real Trump of this team, the emotional meltdown on social media was rich. Hopefully we are all reminded how important wins in November are .

^i don't think anyone is worried cause they finally lost a game. It was way more about the excitement of the streak and possibly breaking that record. I doubt anyone not named Peanut butter thought they were gonna win 82 games.

worried is not the right word. Annoying is more appropriate. There are plenty of great story lines in the NBA this year and none of them include the Warriors sneaking by a ratty team from the East. breaking the record was exciting but i know quite a few people, not named the wolf, who were convinced they were going 82-0 which shows a glaring misappropriation of priorities.

bad hangover, bro? The Minnesota NBA dynasty should be an inspiration for you. When Minnesota won 18 in a row last year we stayed calm. We knew that wins were important but the hard work was ahead of us. I know you are young in the winning process, but you need to elevate your goals and not let a humiliating loss to the Bucks bother you.

If you are ever blessed to experience winning 3 NBA titles you will learn some tact, humility, & class.

The GS streak was fun. I was personally hoping that they could stay undefeated until xmas, which would have made that game vs cleveland on xmas day hype as fuck.

Anyone that genuinely thought they were going 82-0 is a fuckin moron.

Why was December 25th such a special date? Is there any significance of that date?

Nah not a huge GS fan. They cool tho, happy for their fans.

Dec 25 is xmas, when I will be undoubtedly at home drinking and watching NBA all day with fam.

You don't watch NBA on xmas, bro?

It would have been amazing, you have a finals rematch, and this year's most likely finals matchup preview. Curry vs Lebron, with Cleveland much healthier as well. It's hard to have exciting regular season games in the NBA.

Yup, still will be a good game, but the hype of gs being undefeated going into that game would have been incredible.

@Kel

Ease up on the trolling, brah. It's not a good look for you or the bar. Keep that shit in P&B.

Not much talk about them but San Antonio might be the best team in the league, and should match up pretty well with GS

Also the West is far more top heavy this year than the previous couple, the quality drops off a cliff after OKC, LaC and Dallas are mediocre teams and then its almost all trash.

true. isn't that about the same as it is in the east? more parity between the conferences this year, seems like.

true, as a Warriors fan the Spurs are definetly the biggest threat. They are playing great defense and can match up well against the dubs. Also the Spurs have Owned the Warriors in recent history.

Jimmy Buckets calling out Hoiberg for a soft coaching style. Is this victim mentality shit or is it the thibs effect?

The Klaymaker says he is the best shooting guard in the league. Does anyone want to argue that?
