Donaldson had a sick year, given how often they truly fuck up(Cabrera 12, 13, Morneau 06 etc) he's reasonablePhilaflava wrote:Trout easily but Donaldson will prolly snake a lot of 1st place votes.

Agreed and he'll prolly win with the voters as he carried that club in his first year, they're in the post season and he was a "better" defensive player. Still, Trout Trout Trout.eternalreflection wrote:Donaldson had a sick year, given how often they truly fuck up(Cabrera 12, 13, Morneau 06 etc) he's reasonablePhilaflava wrote:Trout easily but Donaldson will prolly snake a lot of 1st place votes.

Re: PF's 2015 AL MVP
He's played 4 years, been MVP all 4 years, and there is a good chance that the only time he actually wins the award is in the worst season he's had.
He just turned 24, has 38.5 Career WAR
other alltime greats through yr they turned 24
Mantle ~30
Mays ~24
Bonds 14(really got going at 26)
Ruth 18.4(27.2 next 2 yrs)
Williams 36.4(then WW2 happens)
Cobb 36.1
obviously he has a ton of work to belong in those guys tier but those are the guys he's competing against
