hoping the giants finally man up and draft a LB that is a difference maker.

Hope Jack falls, if not, I like Leonard Floyd's potential.

Elliot looks like he has a good sense of humor. Cowboys will have to win games 45-40.
Should have took Ramsey

surprises? disappointments? shockers? predictions?

1. behind that line zeke elliot dominates
2. Raiders got one of the few dbs in the country that can fucking truck a motherfucker. problem is he's sometimes way off his mark coverage wise. but that defense did get better as these past 2 seasons progressed and the organization changed up entirely (an impressive feat from holgerson)
3. Cleveland building through wrs. my ninjas. I should fucking apply for a fucking job there. watch they will go out and play hurry up option ball. Coleman is a beast
4. atl steady building
5. shaq Lawson falling to Rex Ryan is a fucking crime. motherfuckers should be cold cocked for letting him drop. in that d dude will tear it up
6. Hou getting a ND wr when doctson and Treadwell are both on the board is ????? to me. well see I guess
7. skins picking doctson is nice. min getting Treadwell is fucking dope
8. I hope the steel aren't caught with the gimp and zed on this one. prolly will be.
9. Broncos getting Lynch in 1st rd is most interesting move in the first round to me. I mean like 1st rd? really? I wonder if this means Kubiak evolves his shit
10. nkemdiche falling to az is like wow. good pick for that d.
11. my biggest question aside from Denver is the rams. are they gonna switch their shit to cater to Goff? Fisher threw Vince a couple bones he may do the same here.

jags d will be sweet as long as they're secondary play improves.

pats picked up
Seahawks got some steals tho. jarran reed from Bama. vennett from Tosu.

pats picked up brissett (a Weis recruit when he was at uf) who is a surprisingly talented athlete. wouldn't surprise me if the long term direction of the franchise is more qb run

titans get Derrick Henry which could be filthy

my favorite single pick this year came from Ravens. they picked up the Navy qb rd 6. great fucking pick. watch out if they ever get their heads out of their asses offensively.

browns draft class is surprisingly good. seriously. except for Kessler. but whatever. shrewd as fuck. they picked up scooby Wright in the 7th. all the hurry up oline guys and other positions clearly indicates that's their new direction

cowboys picking up dak Prescott is great news for them as they will no longer have to rely on the kyle ortons of the world

least favorite draft is Texans. if they make Braxton qb we could talk but otherwise lulz as fuck. not that obrien can't coach up a wr.

saints drafted surprisingly well

the Raiders drafting cook tells you what they think of Derek Carr

I love that the steel got feeney right? but that's all there is to say about that entire draft. what a waste. I do not have faith in the defensive coaching situation over there and all their def picks are projects.

49 picking up driskel is the best move at qb chip has made in his nfl career so far. will it work out? well see. probably not.

Seahawks draft surprisingly good. jarran reed falling through rd 2 is crazy

anybody saying Derrick Henry only has one good year didn't watch enough Bama football these past few seasons to know that before he was starting he was a freal home run threat who was getting like 12yds per carry spelling tj yeldon and co. (no exaggeration check the link below) the fact that he was second or third string was the gawd saban holding him back because seriously 3 seasons ago it was obvious dude was megaballing. this is the rare rb who makes offensive linemen look good and not the other way around. this guy arrived on the scene as a top 5 rb in all college football which is in some way a credit to the Bama system and saban himself for not overusing his gawd rb

McGloin is only on a one year contract, they want the backup to have a year in the system when they let McGloin walk.

in re Connor cook.
you're right I was probably wrong.
but they got him in the 4th rd.
assuming you're right and they're looking for a backup that indicates either a very cynical view of the draft process and it's results or is an incredibly wasteful pick when if you wanted a backup qb you really could've waited until the 6th or even after the draft to pick up a suitable backup

They could also be trying to build him to trade him down the road.

Patriots have routinely drafted qbs, as high as the 2nd round even.

imo, you take a QB every year. you never know what is going to happen and you need a decent backup these days because they will play 2-3 games a year, minimum.

take a QB with raw, athletic talent or a guy with an arm cannon from a small conference

Giants going to have a top 5 offense. Shepard is Cruz/Steve Smith in their primes. Exactly what OBJ needed to free him up a little.

That RB we got in the fifth is fire too. Bet he gets the job over Jennings by mid-season. His cuts are insane.

in re the Patriots drafts
to be honest the pats are playing a game that is totally different than anybody else. I mean I do think everyone plays basically a different way than everyone else but that Patriot shit is like a whole nother league
