Still waiting on 4 teams to rejoin.

Draft is currently set for Sunday March 27th at 9 PM EST. As previous years, all managers must pay the $25 dues prior to the draft or you will lose your spot in the draft order. My paypal is gordonk23@gmail.com.

Same rules as last year with one major change, I've changed the waiver settings from "Standard" to "Continuous" which means that all players will be on waivers at all times. This gives all managers an equal shot at picking up a new closer or surprise hot performer, it will no longer just be a matter of who sees the news first or gets up the earliest. This will make it a lot harder to stash waiver picks for stud rookies, but ultimately that will be up to the manager to decide what is more important.

Thoughts?

I see the waiver processing is everyday.

So, if a player has been on waivers, let's say a setup man who is now a closer, then as soon as their is a waiver claim on them it will go through the next day? So this basically provides a whole 1 day window for managers to place a claim on them?

Yeah I'm not sure exactly how that's going to work, you can't pick "daily" as an option, only specific days that waivers will be processed, so I put a check mark next to each day of the week. So I don't know if that means you need to wait 24 hours for your claim to process or if it will process them each morning regardless of the actual time the claim is made. If it's the latter then I'll probably uncheck 3 of the days so there's a minimum 24 hour window open for everyone. The point is to give everyone a fair shot at every player.

Dwight, consider our dues for the two keeper leagues paid.

Here's my keeper options, am certainly interested in doing some trading prior to the draft, I've got a lot of interesting pieces available

C - Blake Swihart
C - Jonathan Lucroy
1B - David Ortiz
2B/SS - Addison Russell
2B/SS - Jurickson Profar
2B/3B - Brett Lawrie
SS - Elvis Andrus
3B - Adrian Beltre
OF - Jose Bautista
OF - Starling Marte
OF - George Springer
OF - Randall Grichuk
SP - Cole Hamels
SP - Yu Darvish
SP - Adam Wainwright
SP - Carlos Rodon
SP - Matt Moore

Probably most interested in a long term 1B solution (although Ortiz is refusing to age) and/or a top-tier shortstop but open to anything.

I'm willing to move Prince Fielder or Votto. Let me know if you're interested.

This must be formatted to football, since all games are Thursdays to Sundays so you'd normally set waivers to be claimed on Wednesdays. If it's only that day that you can put in a claim, it gives you to 12am PST so 3am if you're on EST which is much better than just the usual rush to the wire. Although that Means you'd almost have to be paying attention to the end of that days games though... Not sure exactly how you'd set it to make it go to two days...If you uncheck Tues, Thurs, Sun, wouldn't that still mean that if a closer went down late on a Tuesday night you could put the claim to be processed for the Wednesday morning? Maybe there's a time you can set it so that the deadline to put in a claim is noon, that way people have the night of the games, plus the next morning to put in a claim.

potential keepers. open to all kinds of offers. players or picks

1b E. Hosmer
1b C. Davis
2b I. Kinsler
3b T. Frazier
3b M. Sano
Of J. Ellsbury

Of W. Myers

trade for a pick?
C R. Martin
UTL B. Zobrist

SP S. Gray
SP M. Tanaka

Sano is probably the only guy I don't want to move. But open for any reasonable offers. Frazier for a keeper worthy shortstop would be nice.
