Fantasy Baseball Chat

Post by Gregg Popabitch1 »

There is a couple reasons why i made this trade.

1. So people in the Philaflava fantasy baseball league won't constantly have to make new threads in here about discussing happenings in the league, talking trade, etc.

2. Also, people who are in and not in the league, who have general questions about fantasy baseball can discuss them in here.

eric hinske is playing against oakland today in my non PF league. he's been hot as fire. however, danny haren is pitching against the blue jays and looked really good in his first start.

my other third baseman (david wright) has the day off.

should i play hinske?

I'd like to say although Glaus and Soriano are hitting HR's, overall I lack power and pitching.

Pat Burrell was a great pick-up for Pork.

I seen the Phillies play live yesterday and he hit a upper deck shot that I thought was going to touch the stars.

Also Delgado is a beast.

Too bad I drafted Mientkiewicz, he's bringing my whole team's numbers down!

Oh wait, no. No he isn't.

y'all are fucking lucky i didn't get in the phila league. my team is ill. i'm in an 11 team, head to head league, and my team is silly. best team i've ever drafted, in any sport. ended up with 4 of the top 20 players. plenty of red sox on the team, which is a bonus. my offense is unfukwitable.

my team will be money if three injured pitchers come back and contribute for me. i got penny, matt morris, and wade miller. i think all three could win 15+ if healthy. and dave wells better turn this shit around quickly.

attn: philaflava fantasy baseball league

i'm looking to trade any of my relievers but lidge. i just want a decent starting pitcher in return. so if you're lacking in saves, holla @ me and maybe we can work something out. i have at least like 3-4 closers that could help another team.

And have the Twins, with a payroll one third the size of the yankees, win the WS.
