Jury out on Denver still???

Post by Orale Holmes »

These cats are holdin it down. 5-1 little if any injuries...

hopefully I don't jinx them...but damn.

I think that miami game was a fluke.

They got tough games up ahead...NY, Eagles, Oakland, Dallas, Ravens, KC...

whats really good?

You guys still have Jake Plummer at Q.

Tatum Bell is very stupid. Like 'whoops how do you catch a ball' stupid. I think that is why Shanahan won't commit. Dude always fucks up when the game is on the line.

I'm not sure how I feel about that defense. Got some guys making big plays, but they just don't seem like they can dominate. LOL @ Domonique Foxworth breaking into Denver's starting lineup and leading the team in tackles on Sunday.

Dude was opposing team's bitch on man coverage at Maryland. I remember one game where Rix threw his way 7 passing plays in a row and dude was helpless. Nice to see he has evolved into a servicable corner.

Eh I think Cincy and San Diego might be better, but we shall see.

I wouldn't bet alot of money on a Jake Plummer team going too far.

AFC West, best conference in NFL? i think so...NFC East is close.
When people think of Providence, Rhode Island they typically think of organized crime

Exactly. Right now Denver is doing good because they are not letting Jake throw a lot of passes and are riding the run. Wait till they get down in a game by a TD or two.

Plummer always has been an average at best QB. The rest of the team isn't good enough to make up for his averageness.

speaking of denver, where's mo clarett nowadays?

exactly, but once you get a rep, its hard to get past it

good close game, Denver is still one of the frontrunners for the AFC, this is a very close road game

Yeah Plummer didn't do anything bad. If it was anybody's blame, automatic Elam really fucked up the FG.

well, he did make 3/4 including one from 49

and the one he missed was from 49..yeah, it was a big one...but a 49 yarder is no give me....and everyone knows that outside of denver, elam isnt very accurate from deep

Plummer was good pretty much all game. Even made a nice run. He did come up tiny at the end when they needed a drive and he tossed two near picks.

I would say the Denver D shit the bed at the end. What else could you say?

Wow. Either Denver is unfuckwittable or the Iggles are the most night and day team in the history of football. How are you gonna go from shutting down LT to letting Mike Anderson and Tatum Bell run wild?

Either way, this year of football has me so confused that I am pretty much done judging teams.

it'd be scary to see them get a back like LT and watch the carnage
