UFC's in my city tonight, I got great seats, excited to see my first live octagon action.

The fighters here to corner their pals :pause: been wildin in my homie's bar for the last couple days. Mostly good peoples. Kicked it with Luke Barnett (tall dude from the UK, last season of TUF) for much of last night, hooked him and his boys up with some broads.

Gotta go do my makeup...

probably one of the worst put together ppv cards I can remember. Even before all the injuries this shit looked like it sucked. Hopefully the fighters can make it exciting.

said the same thing.

I'm assuming that it had something to do with the fact that the original main event got scrapped somewhat close to today....so they had almost a full camp of training thinking it was going to be 3 rounds.

It was a late main event replacement. They didn't set up camps to train 5 rounds. It was too late.

Wack ass card but I had Hendo winning 2-0.

Easy to beat up, hard to kill, fellas. Thanks for the sentiments though.

That brawl was wild. It took forever to stop even though cops had a major presence at the event. They were kickin out every drunk aboriginal dude who even raised his voice in the arena's concourse.

I didn't expect much, really disappointed Shogun/Lil Nog (or Sonnen) didn't happen, but otherwise it was pretty fun. We were in a good section, lotsa true fans, not surrounded by fickle booing nitwits.

I can't wait to watch the recorded version, I'm hopin the "NORTH SOUTH" chant I started during Davis/Sexton is audible.

Hated seeing Pat Barry and Roy Nelson get fucked up, was hoping for more from both of em. Hated watchin pussy ho Jake Shields hangin onto Woodley for 3 rounds and winning. Hated Jimmo's boring output, went for a bump and a beer during that fight.

Rashad deserves credit though, I thought he was gonna run for 3 rounds. Good, crisp striking.

Yeah that was crazy. Mo is one of the hardest hitters in all of MMA imo. Dudes ground and pound is crazy.

war looks nice. I'm going to try to catch the Spong fight for Glory. It's also showing on CBS sports in a few hours after the event. I always try to watch Spong.

Yeah love me some Spong. I think he's the main in the next WSOF too. The rest if the card looks good too, Ghita needs a win after his last few loses. No shame in getting stopped by Saki and Schilt though.

War has been cool so far. I love how Nick isn't whoring himself out or making it about him. Very cool how's he's focusing on the fighters and the promotion itself. I hear he's trying to get Prude rules implemented as well :ohsh:

Biggest donation tonight's gets gloves signed by Nate and Nick too. Very cool.

My pal insists all the fighters picking Weidman over Silva is a mass work to sell Saturday's fight to marks. Which is ridiculous, but isn't the notion that Weidman is genuinely a threat to Silva just as crazy? Right?

I have him beating Anderson. Silva is the GOAT, but dude is 37 and about to go against a much more explosive version of Chael with better standup. Gonna suck to see the reign end, but it was an epic run.
