covers. sometimes, a song, even a classic, can be made better/fresh/different when put through the filter of another band's perspective. what songs would you like to see covered and by who?

a couple i thought of:

bloc party should cover "plans for nigel" by XTC
ryan adams should cover "i'm alive" by jackson brown
