I managed to see a ridiculous amount of concerts this summer and decided to check some albums from the artists I saw and enjoyed. Was in The Wall of Death for Chase & Status, the concert was completely nuts. Lost my hat and sunglasses, nearly some teeth too, in the mosh. Magnetic Man + Katy B was wild too but more chilled.

So far I'm really liking these

im big into kingdom and brenmar right now. nguzunguzu is cool, but listening to their mixes stress me out for some reason. but i like the one they did where all the songs sampled moments in love. in an interview, kingdom described his sound as "dark r+b" which sort of fits for brenmar too. dubbel dutch lives here in austin, but that whole uk dance sound is still burgeoning down here. the kingdom show last week had like mediocre attendance, but we still had a good time.
