Didn't find a thread (or a Fleetwood Mac thread).

This is my dad's favorite album and he played it all the time when I was growing up (CSB). For whatever reason, I listened to "Never Going Back Again" a few days ago. So I decided to peep the entire album. Probably the first time I've ever listened to "Rumours" front to back in one sitting. I know this isn't news, but its so great.

Where do you guys rank this? Or do you even like this?

This is some next level shit.

I asked my dad about where to go to next. He said "Tusk" but it was kind of a Buckingham vanity record. Which can't be too bad.

And yeah, I kind of am realizing that Fleetwood is that shit. Late pass.

the guitar on big love, during their resurgence in the late 90s, was fucking amazing.

ive never hated on fleetwood mac, and actually got to see stevie nicks in concert in college
she's fucking amazing

fleetwood is one of the first bands, along with csny, that i was never pissed at listening to on a consistent basis as a kid

I have like 9 copies on wax.

I'm a big fan of Buckingham's Go Insane song. There's 2 kinds of people in the world... has that been sampled before?

Went the other way and have now been listening to "Fleetwood Mac".

"Rhiannon" and "Landslide" are amazing. Nicks had such a sexy voice. (McVie too)

I take Crash's opinion of this record very seriously. Hell, he was 30 years old when it came out.

Great album. I'd throw on some mom jeans and sing along to this shit with my moms.
Buy my mixtape.

Every time I hear a Fleetwood Mac song, I'm compelled to listen to Holiday Road afterwards, and to a lesser extent Mike Oldfield's Moonlight Shadow.

before they went all Black Eyed Peas and started adding broads to the group, they're earlier blues/rock records are far more tolerable.

Pretty much.

My mom used to listen to both the self-titled and Rumours all of the time in the late 70's when I was young. I only remember the popular songs from Tusk. Own all 3 on vinyl and occasionally break em out.

Judging on voice alone, Stevie Nicks is the hottest chick to ever live.

This times infinity.

McVie had that kind of voice too.

Insanely good album. The stories about the recording is interesting too - all their marriages breaking down and stuff.
