i think they were in brooklyn last weekend... i missed it... i was supposed to go over there for 2 pearl jam concerts... i would have gladly skipped one of them... both if these guys played 2 nights.

ha, yeah I was in bk all last week and the idea was floated around to go to the show Friday night but all parties ended up agreeing that being required to wear 'formal wear' to go to a show is a few steps beyond anywhere one would want to be. would still love to see em one day tho

Definitely better when you're not so sober. But I'm guessing thats a given. I maintain that all these new(er) musicians that I like make entire albums for people who aren't sober minus 2 tracks max.

of the tracks i never heard before... porno/afterlife kill it.

but even after all that... i don't think that any release this year can touch 'here comes the night' at this point. that song is so disgusting... so is 'we exist'...

it's early on, but would say i prefer the burbs were it to come down to that

normal person was the only track of the first four that were youtube'd that i really didn't care for.

... and also.. i hate when bands put that one track out like a month before the disc but... 'reflektor' still kills it... i'm at a friends trying to nail down drum beats cause im bored as shit.. and the drum break in the hook is just fun to play ahah.
