They've done a shitload of partial live covers - everything from Vanilla Ice to Deep Purple. I wasn't gonna include any, but I made an exception for "Zombie/Enter Sandman".

"Life's A Gas" is a Chuck Mosley era cover from their best quality pre-Patton show - Amsterdam 5-2-88. It's worth tracking down, as they played outstanding versions of Introduce Yourself, RnR, We Care A Lot, Anne's Song, War Pigs, etc. I'm not the type of fan who would ever debate Mosley vs Patton - I appreciate both of them.

The Sydney 7-30-90 show is my all-time favorite Faith No More concert (actually a private gig). The Nestle jingle is the only track represented here - Puffy Bordin had injured his ribs in a bungee jumping incident a few days prior to the show, so he had to walk off the set in the middle of "War Pigs" because the pain had become too excruciating. Patton took over on drums, and it was a trainwreck (albeit in a good way, for comedic purposes). Otherwise, they played quintessential versions of most of the tracks on "The Real Thing".

I fucking love that Bacharach cover. It gets my vote.

went with 'easy' cuz it's a classic FNM cover. i used to have an awesome performance of this on VHS from the tonight show. i wish someone would put that shit on youtube, because it was pretty amazing.

this guy's in love with you is a very close second.
