Identify this band

Their from canada, and the lead singer is black. They had a video that looked like Reqiuem for a Dream, people running around with the camera attached to them, mostly showing their facial expressions. They've been on Conan.

I wanna say their name is like "the good news" or something and the song I'm talking about is called hollywood? Basically I have no fucking idea.

I haven't heard their newest record
but I used to enjoy the one before it.

good band it seemed, but my music on my ipod got wiped out and they were forgotten in the loss.
