So-Cal punk rock legends. Be sure to check out the live shit at the end of the album, it's hilarious. Back in the day my friend had only that part of the record dubbed onto some blank cassette and we'd drive around and listen to that shit so much that we knew all the onstage banter by heart.

ah man.. I just saw that Youth of Today - Break down the walls last week at a thrift store.. There was a whole gang of shit like that for like 3 a piece.. I bought maybe 10-15 discs but passed on that one and a few other older gems.. I got 4 Endpoint joints though.. I wish I had a connection to post those up in here..

I went back to cop that youth, Gorrilla biscuits, local faves the Enkendels and maybe a few others The ones I left were all stolen. Just the discs and the front booklet.. they left the rest of the cases :jaz:

I was pissed..then I thought well that is kind of punk isn't it ?

Ballsy enough to steal em.. yet dumb enough not to steal the whole cd.

Masked Terror #1 wrote:Here are two great NYHC scene comps.

The first one is the legendary and defining Revelation Records release from 88. Probably the best scene comp ever, followed closely by This Is Boston, Not LA (anyone have this to up?). I know I've upped this before, but there was a request in Rubin, so what the hell.

The second is a good after-the-fact retrospective that Another Planet put out in the mid-90s.

I couldn't find Revelation's second comp Where The Wild Things Are. I may only have that on vinyl. If anyone's got it, hook it up.

Brow, didn't mean to bust chops, when Im done with my finals, I will grace you with some Discharge and Damned.

There are a ton of shitty emo bands and there were a few originators. This might be the best record out of the originators, at least for me.
