Pick Your Favorite Song #2

Late 60's/early 70's Rock edition.

Vote for you're favorite, not the one that was the most influential or most praised by critics.

Which is the Hendrix one - the one that's, like, 12 minutes long or the one that Hulk Hogan used to come out to which is the last song on "electric ladyland"?

The live version could well be better than everything on this poll.

I like it 10 times more than the studio version, no exaggeration.

It's gotta be that then. "Voodoo child (slight return)" for me.

"I wanna be your dog", "maggot brain" and "a house is not a motel" were contenders but since Hollywood Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Sixxx-Pac and Eric Bischoff never played air guitar on a spray painted world title belt to any of those while walking out to the ring on Monday Nitro they simply don't deserve to win.

I stand up next to a mountain and I chop it down with the edge of my hand.

Edit: Stevie Ray Vaughn's rendition is tremendous as well.

it is pretty fucking good but pale's in comparison.

one of my friends tried to tell me that SRV's version was better then Hendrix's (probably because he's an acid drenched hippie). i almost threw up. we played both versions back to back. he admitted to stupidity.
