I need one that builds and builds and builds and leaves you wanting more classical style. Will accept other genres of music but I just need something amazing....link if you can if not I can find anything you recommend.

Some Richard Wagner should do the trick. Try The Valkyrie.

It's kinda like Image.

O Fortuna from Orff's Carmina Burana is sort of the stereotypical "epic" piece

Holst's "Mars: The Bringer of War" from the Planets Suite

as someone said before Mozart's Requiem is ill, as is Verdi's and Berlioz's

the Symphony Fantastique by Berlioz is dope

also like someone said Wagner's stuff could be considered "epic" especially the Gotterdamerung section of the Ring Cycle

Prokofiev's 3rd i've always thought was epic sounding

there's a lot of stuff out there

if we're going classical, how bout Overture of 1812 - the shit ends with cannon blasts (literally), hard to get more epic than that
http://www.steadybloggin.com - some of these are my thoughts yo

I think this is moreso for a score in some film he's doing.

Bolero and Shostakovich's 7th both have long "building" sections but may not be epic, or what you're looking for

you want something like dark and epic, or something triumphant and happy

How the fuck is Sam Cooke "Classical Music"?
When we act, we create our own reality. And while you're studying that reality -- judiciously, as you will -- we'll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.

as I said it didn't HAVE to be classical, you see the deal is I edit my films to music and not necessarily the music that will be in the film but the music I'm looking for. Sam Cooke fit the bill....thanks again!!
